Hull begin their new season in the National Division with a testing home match against Fylde RFC on Saturday. After impressing in earlier pre-season games, the new-look Hull RUFC will be able to test their mettle with the side who finished fourth last year, scoring the second highest number of points in the league. |

Hull FC captain and England international Lee Radford has galvanised Hull RUFC’s preparations for the new season by becoming the first team coach this year. During the pre-season weekend at the extensive facilities at Bishop Burton College he described his initial thoughts and plans for the months ahead. |
